SWEET CHILI SHRIMP SKEWERS

- 100 mL Red Phoenix Pineapple Sweet Chili Sauce
- 200 g (stir-fry) shrimp
- 1 lime
- 1 red onion
- 1 green bell pepper
- ½ pineapple

Soak your skewers
If you’re using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.

Prep the grill
Get your coals glowing hot and ready to go!

Assemble the skewers
Thread the ingredients onto the skewers in this order: shrimp – pineapple – red onion – green bell pepper. Repeat until the skewers are full.

Marinate with flavor
Brush the skewers generously with Red Phoenix Pineapple Sweet Chili Sauce. Let them marinate for at least 5 minutes.

Place the skewers on the grill. Cook for about 4 minutes per side, or until you see nice grill marks and the shrimp are cooked through.
