Spicy Gochujang Tofu – A Bold Korean-Inspired Flavor Bomb!

INGREDIENTS

- 1 Tbsp. Red Phoenix Sriracha Original or Hot
- 1 block tofu
- 1 tbsp Gochujang
- 1 tbsp Red Phoenix On Top Of white sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp Red Phoenix Sriracha Hot
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- ½ tbsp sesame oil
- ½ tbsp cornstarch
- Spring onion, for garnish

Prep the tofu: Slice the tofu into 1 cm thick slabs, pat dry, and cut into rectangles.

Make the marinade: In a bowl, mix the Red Phoenix Gochujang, Red Phoenix Sriracha Hot, soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, and water until smooth.

Marinate: Place the tofu in the marinade, ensuring each piece is well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Cook: Heat a bit of neutral oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the tofu for about 6 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.

Garnish and serve: Sprinkle with Red Phoenix white sesame seeds and finely sliced spring onion. Serve hot and enjoy!
